About Jillian Raye

Healing herself through her voice and music, Jillian’s passion for songwriting, nature, and learning has created a unique perspective and sound that has been described as “hauntingly beautiful,”

“Listen to the voice of your soul” has become her mantra for life. Her wish would be for you to see yourself reflected in her work, inspiring transformation and the unveiling of your own unique expression.  Her art is meant to be contemplated by the curious mind and open heart,  allowing it to reveal its beauty to you.

Jillian’s path began as one that may feel familiar to many; going with the grain, getting a college degree, getting a job, doing the should-do’s to survive. But the longer she traveled this path, the more her inner voice turned from a whisper to a shout; “This is not in alignment for me, there must be another way; one where I can do what I love and what my soul is meant to do in this life; and still thrive.

Even as opportunities began to open up to her in her desired profession, there was still a sense of “hitting a wall” in all areas, continuing to repeat old patterns, experiencing a lack of growth, and feeling an overall lack of trust in life. Spending so much time trying to “find herself” and “find her purpose” only created more feelings of aloneness and separateness. Trying to change and find fulfillment in the outside world was still leaving her feeling empty. It is only when she realized that she was the common denominator in her suffering did everything begin to shift.

Only through having the courage and curiosity to go inward and sit with all parts of herself, through working with a variety of teachers, healers and modalities, through studying ancient wisdom and the patterns of nature, as well as her devotion to interpreting her nightly dreams, did her true authentic self begin to re-emerge. With this came embodiment, and the revelation of self-love and love for all that exists, becoming the true purpose of her life and work.

“Success isn’t something to be measured externally, but instead to be weighted by how free, joyful, and light you feel inside. Dare to go against the grain”
